Working with Golden Cinnamon company was truly a pleasure. More importantly the spices arrived fresh and amazing. These spices are massively better than the "old" packages you get in the store or online (they never say how old they are). Excellent product. Bought 6 nos 120gm, 2 nos 250gms cinnamon sticks and 100gms cinnamon powder. Excellent packaging and excellent product. Vacuum sealed. Very satisfied. Can’t wait to try their other products.

The package arrived damaged and the invoice stated sticks instead of cinnamon powder. Several of my emails bounced and I finally used the website to contact them. Calling is very intermittent. Only got through once in 10 tries. Since the cinnamon powder was leaking out of the box, decided to open the box and inspect. One of the packages had been punctured or burst and there was cinnamon powder all over the inside of the box. We tasted it and it lacks the flavor of the organic Sri Lankan powder we bought from Earth Fare and it is not ground as fine (slightly gritty). We asked for a refund and received it after some delay. The quality is not bad but I hope they take the grind fineness comment to heart.

I just received my order and will start using my cinnamon powder soon The service was great It took a little while to get my product but the company kept me posted and updated on the status of my order which was very reassuring. I transferred my kilo of cinnamon powder into a glass container so it will maintain it's great fragrance . Will post results later.

It is very difficult to find ceylon cinnamon of high quality in UAE, initially i was hesitating to order direct from Sri lanka but eventually i ordered, trust me it was the best decision i made( because i was looking for ceylon cinnamon from ages), specially their response was sharp and very helpful and was continuously informing me about the details. Packaging and quality of the cinnamon was really good and the best part they provide a letter from their Government also regarding the quality and authenticity of ceylon cinnamon.Order delivered within a week which was quick because i didn't paid for express shipment.I will Highly recommend it to all who will be wiling to order internationally. For sure i will order again

I ordered the Ceylon sticks. They did came in very good quality. Each stick is the same length as the website described. It took a while for me to get the shipment but it is worth the wait. Gayan at Golden Cinnamon has been great at emailing me and calling me frequently to keep me informed of the shipment status. I would order from them again.
